How long does it take for a returned item to be refunded?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at prohealthuniforms@gmail.com.
Original shipping and processing charges, including expedited shipping, are non-refundable unless item is defective or damaged.

Is it possible to pick-up my order or have it locally delivered?
Free local pick-up offered. Please text us at 540-316-0541 with your name and order number. Once we have confirmed your order. We will text you to confirm pick up date. Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed.
Free local delivery to group orders (12 or more items) in Fauquier County including Haymarket & Gainesville, VA. Please email us at prohealthuniforms@gmail.com to schedule a delivery date.
At check out we recommend you writing your phone number in the comment box and any special request. We will need at least 24 hours to get your order ready. Once it is ready, we will be sending you a confirmation email that will include instructions.
